HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE/HYPERTENSION : PREVENTION WITH ALL NATURAL METHODS






Those who adopt the general guidelines of this blog will not have to bother with high blood pressure/hypertension in their lives.

The following measures/methods will help with the prevention of high blood pressure/hypertension. 
You will never be obliged to resort to drugs.

Drugs are poisons for our bodies but acute conditions make them -unfortunately- indispensable.

Preventive measures against high blood pressure/hypertension

1. Regular aerobic exercise of medium intensity. Weight training could also help but its role is not crystal clear.

2 . Adopt a nutrition plan rich in natural,low glycemic index carbs and low in saturated fats and cholesterol.

Remember that insulin resistance is practically behind every chronic condition.

3. Control of dietary sodium. Reduce table salt consumption. Reduce also all processed foods.

4. Try to control stress ( easy only in words!)

5. Reduce alcohol and smoking. The role of caffeine is debatable.

6. Body weight control and mainly control of the visceral fat.
